Once you check out on our website, you will receive an email confirmation. Do check on your spam/junk folder. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a second email with tracking information.

For all shipping related questions, please check out our shipping page here. Orders that are in stock will be processed and shipped within 3 to 5 working days. Custom jewelry will require a production time of 3 to 4 weeks and then shipped out after.

Your order can be canceled within 24 hours. Simply drop us a message on our contact form or email us at info@crimsonandclover.co with your order number.

Unfortunately, for custom jewelry, we regret to inform you that all custom jewelry orders cannot be canceled. Once an order is placed, production for the custom jewelry piece commences.

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns or refunds as all sales are final.

Custom jewelry cannot be returned unless the item is damaged or we made a mistake. For non-custom jewelry, refunds or exchanges are only possible if the item was damaged.

Please note that we are not responsible for packages lost in transit, theft or damage. Please ensure that you provide a safe and secure shipping address when checking out.

*For wrong address: We will not be responsible if your package is lost in transit or if your package is shipped back to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address. If you have entered an incorrect shipping address, please email us at info@crimsonandclover.co as soon as possible.
