1. CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
Unfortunately, we regret to inform you that all confirmed orders cannot be cancelled. Once you submit an order, production for your customised jewelry will start, hence, we are unable to cancel your order. We hope you understand!
2. CAN I RETURN OR EXCHANGE MY ITEM?
We do not accept returns for custom jewelry. These pieces can only be returned or refunded if the item is damaged or we made a mistake in your order.
3. WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?
For custom jewelry, we will require production time of 3 weeks. We will update you on the progress of your order and once ready, it will be dispatched within 1 to 3 working days. A tracking number will be sent to you once your order has been dispatched.
4. WHERE ARE YOU BASED? DO YOU SHIP WORLDWIDE?
Yes, we are based in Singapore but we offer international shipping.
5. HOW DO I TAKE CARE OF MY JEWELLERY?
Water, salt water, perspiration, soap, detergents & perfumes will cause the pieces to tarnish faster, hence, we recommend that you remove all jewelry before taking a shower or go swimming. We will not provide refunds or exchanges for jewelry that tarnish due to these factors.
