*All parcels will be registered with SingPost to ensure security and accountability of the packages. A tracking ID will be sent to you via your email along with the information needed to track your parcel once the item has been dispatched. Once you receive your tracking ID, you can track your order at https://www.singpost.com/track-items
*Please take note that these are all estimated delivery times. Delays should be expected as public holidays approach. *If you entered the wrong delivery address, please e-mail us at info@crimsonandclover.co as soon as you can with the correct delivery address instead. If your order has already been mailed, we will be able to only re-send it out one more time for free. If it is returned to us a second time, you will need to pay the additional shipping fee.
*As of 14th December 2020, we do not offer the choice of normal mail anymore as it does not have any tracking ID provided. Registered mail allows you to track your packages and it is also faster in terms of delivery time. Thank you!
